An introvert monologue

My primary objective of this work is to delve deep into the realm of inner mental health and foster a heightened sense of self-awareness.

An introvert, who always has nervous tension among himself/herself and others.
 

Drawing inspiration from the essence of wabi-sabi, I seek to find beauty in imperfection, simplicity, and the passage of time.By immersing myself in the present nervous moment and honing my ability to observe and acknowledge my own thoughts and emotions without judgment, I hope to be able to express that inner authenticity in my art.
